Incest Offenders, pending CA legislation.

California's legislature is considering mandatory prison sentences for
incest offenders.  CA treatment providers are preparing advisory information
on the subject.  

We are interested in studies showing treatment effect (or lack of it) with
incest offenders.  I have the Alexander Meta-analysis that included 397
incest offenders bu unfortunately, only 32 men in the comparison group.  Can
anyone help with citations?

We are also very interested in the benificial and/or detrimental effect
lengthy offender incarceration may have on victims.  Citations on that issue
will also be appreciated
