<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The issues for school social workers are not too
different, given that they are working with the school environment. It is true
there is a law mandating reporting at pain of incarceration if the professional
does not, however, I do not know of any cases in which anyone has yet been
jailed for failure to report. The issues are numerous. </FONT></DIV>
