Re: race matching and child welfare

I'm just indicating what was reported in Cincinnati papers very recently,
specifically, child welfare agency was fined for the practice, and that the
practice of placing minority children only with minority parents extended
their time to be adopted.

I have no view on the matter one way or the other.
