<DIV>It's not quite clear what you mean by "surveying" members of teams.&nbsp; Are you establishing a new child protection team in your hospital or studying teams that already exist?</DIV>

<DIV>Social workers are usually (and appropriately) in the middle of such teams.&nbsp; Speaking to hospital SWr's would be one direction to move in.&nbsp; A friend of mine here in Atlanta is one of the founding members and current leader&nbsp;of a Child Protection team at our large children's hospital group if that would help you.</DIV>
