culturally competent prevention of sexual abuse

I'm writing a chapter on Culturally Competent Prevetnion of Child Sexual
abuse. Anyone have information on programs that target specific cultural
groups? contacts in this area? Articles? Ideas? Research? I can find
virtually nothing written on this topic, although I expect there are
people "out there" doing good work. I know programs were developed in
the 80's to be implemented in schools--many of which lost their funding.
If you can help me reach the people who developed or implemented them,
or the materials they used, I'd be most grateful. I am interested in
practice as well as research.
