We have a program specifically for this age group (5-12). We do intensive

Sincerely,

She should take a look at the Traumatic Events Questionnaire (Vrana &
Lauterbach, 1994). It asks about accidents, natural disasters, being a
victim of violent crime, physical and sexual abuse, witnessing someone
being killed, and serious injuries to self or others.
I don't have the full citation, but if the authors' names are not enough to
find the measure in an electronic database, contact me again.
