Re: juvenile perpetrators in child sexual abuse
<x-html>
I'm a little unclear if your interest in this area involves researching the topic or obtaining information how to assess and treat these kids. I hope my response answers both although it may focus more on assessment and treatment rather than how to research this area.

Eliana Gil and Toni Cavanaugh Johnson have research the topic of sexualized children and children who molest other children with regards to assessment and treatment. Toni Cavanaugh Johnson has developed an assessment tool to help assess the degree and frequency of childhood sexuality and juvenile sex abuse. I think you might find the book "Sexualized Children" By Gill & Johnson to be very helpful. In it, they discuss a criteria for assessing when child sexuality becomes abusive and describe several different typologies of sexulalized children. I hope this helps.
I'm not sure if this is quite what you are looking for, but several experts testified on this issue in connection with a class-action lawsuit in New York City. In his decision, the judge summarized the testimony.
