RE: Child Fatality Review
In NSW, Australia, child fatalities are reviewed by the NSW Commission for
Children and Young People. They have a Child Death Review Team. Here is a
link to the CDRT Annual Reports.

NSW Department of Community Services (CPS) cooperates with the CDRT in
these reviews.

I am currently researching the role of CPS in child fatality review. There
is very little literature on the subject. My specific question is what role
should CPS take and what role are they currently taking in various regions.
