We are endeavoring to develop information sources on best practices in child
welfare for statewide California Citizen Review Panels. The priority
subjects are: reducing recurring child abuse and/or neglect; reducing time
in foster care to reunification without increasing re-entry; improving case
planning for children and families. Any help identifying resources will be
appreciated.
