police or a child protection worker who then reports to the police. A
special child investigator questions the child - this investigator is a social
worker who works under the auspices of the police and s/he cannot be called in
unless a report is filed with the police. There are several problems with this
and I would not recommend it. I am willing to expand on this if anyone is
interested.</FONT></DIV>

anyone can forward me copies of your mandated reporting laws regarding sexual
abuse. Are there differences between sexual abuse and other kinds of
