scales for parents

Dear List Members:
I was wondering where I could get hold of the Parent Practices Scale,
Parental Behavior Inventory, and any other parent/family instrument that
would be useful to have as part of a regular intake measure in a clinic that
treats sex abuse victims and their families.  As part of our
clinical/training programme, we do research on various aspects of our
clinical work.
