You forgot Hispanic, which encompasses both race and ethnicity -- it is 
usually categorized as Hispanic, white and Hispanic, non-white, but this 
doesn't do justice to the multiplicity of types of Hispanics -- I think 
there should be add the two Hispanic categories, then add national origina.
