We use the CFARS (childrens function assessment rating
scale) with our residential youth.  Does anyone know
where I can find the norms for this instrument?  If
our kids score around 2.8 on the various subscales, is
that bad?  I know it means slight problem, but do most
kids (not in placement) score this way?
