Re: Child/ Family Protective Teams
Hi Mary, Try these two to start:
Glisson, Charles; Hemmelgarn, Anthony The effects of organizational climate
and interorganizational coordination on the quality and outcomes of
children's service systems. Child Abuse and Neglect v22, n5 (May, 1998):401
(21 pages).
Lorna Bell Child Abuse and Neglect, Jan 2001 v25 i1 p65 Patterns of
interaction in multidisciplinary child protection teams in New Jersey. .
Also certain states have studied the use of team decision-making, Missouri
is one. Virginia may be another. Also it seems to me that Chapin Hall has
done some work in this area--Deborah Daro's work.
