We had
a resilency question a while back that I responded to the person who requested
it off the list serve. One of my colleagues works in that particular
area. He suggested the following
The Search Institute http://www.search-institute.org/ would probably be a good resource. They have done much work regarding resielency and assets needed for resiliency.
