The Search Institute http://www.search-institute.org/ would probably be a good resource. They have done much work regarding resielency and assets needed for resiliency. You may also want to get the book "All our Children" and check the bibliography.

Subject: vulnerability and resilience

Colleagues,

I am looking for resources that will assist with discussion amongst therapist, counsellors and caseworkers in regard to developing resilience in clients who are in high risk situations or who have already suffered some form of abuse or neglect... any references/ research / tools appreciated

Thank you

Another movie re sexual abuse which probes the question of morality and
responsibility is "The Priest." I believe it's an Irish film. The movie also
    presents issues of homosexuality.
