Folks,

What literature can you recommend pertaining to "planned parenthood" 
and/or "pregnancy prevention" particularly among families with a 
chronic history of abuse/neglect.  I'm interested in the 
effectiveness and ethical issues of programs that may target such 
parents, especially those who have multiple children (perhaps with 
multiple partners).
