father/stepfather sexual abuse

I have always believed that men are 3-4 times more likely to sexually abuse
stepchildren than biological children.  However, when I wanted to assert
that in a report yesterday, I found, much to my chagrin, that I could not
come up with a good empirical source for that assertion.  Three hours of
searching Govt. databases did not help.  The only potentially reliable thing
I found was people quoting the famous Diana Russell study, but I couldn't
locate the study itself online and did not have time to go to the local
university library.

Help will be appreciated..
