I'm wondering if your aware of any casestudy where a mother suffering from a personality disorder killed or thought about killing her son because she was saving him from being raised by another woman and fear of disclosure of incest! Please direct me to any sources. Thanks, Bill Peck MFT

As a staff member of New York State Commission on Quality of Care for
the Mentally Disabled, I have investigated institutional abuse of children
at mental health facilities. The commission has several written reports on
this question found on NewYork State's Web Site. Additionally New York
State's Office of Family and Children's Services has investigated abuse in
other facilities 3ithin New York State (formerly operated by DSS and
