CPS parent satisfaction measures

Dear Group,

A colleague of mine in a California county has asked me if I know of any 
satisfaction measures for parents receiving family maintenance and/or 
family reunification services.      I don't, but would like to see one if 
it exists.  The involuntary nature of these services raises some 
interesting issues in the design and implementation of such measures, which 
sounds like a worthwhile topic for this listserve.
