Journalist in search of feedback about parenting-skills programs

abuse. Are there any studies out there showing whether this really works?
Are there any models on how it is best done? How does one quantify the
progress of a case -- are there recommended standards for case management?
Is this a growing trend -- are municipal human services agencies channelling
more funding toward agencies that do this?
