New Child Welfare Outcomes Report is available

I've just noticed that the new Child Welfare Outcomes 1999: Annual Report 
has appeared on the Children's Bureau's Web site. This report is produced 
to fulfill a requirement of the Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA) and 
is a great resource for learning about performance-based measures in child 
welfare. The report provides State-level data on contextual measures in 
addition to the seven ASFA indicators of safety, permanency, and well-being.
