Hello.
I am looking for any type of standardized (or as close to as possible)
definitions of the following types of maltreatment.  Any references or
actual definitions would be greatly appreciated.

Physical abuse
Sexual abuse
Physical neglect
Medical neglect
Neglectful supervision
General Neglect (unspecified)
Abandonment
