client experiences with CPS

I'm sure this question has been posted before (and probably answered)... so
forgive the redundancy...

Can someone identify 3 or 4 published instruments which have been tested
and proven to be (reasonably) reliable which assess an adults' experience
with the child protection system???? (Specifically I'm looking for measures
which focus on "fairness," "responsiveness," "safety," "respect," etc....)
