assessment tool for out-of-home placements

used once the decision is made for a child to enter the placement system to
determine the most appropriate level of care. What are other states using
to determine needed level of care? Is anyone aware of a state or county
where the child protective services, mental health, and juvenile justice systems
use the same assessment tool or methodology to determine the best placement for
