cultural competence

We are currently working on cultural competence
training for our line staff.  We are also interested
in evaluating our efforts.  I was wondering if someone
could point me towards case scenarios,  perhaps that
researchers have used to assess worker bias.  An
example of a scenario of interest would be one where
the clients race or cultural characteristics vary.  We
could then see if worker decisions were related
demographic characteristics.  Any suggestions?
