For his dissertation, some yers ago, Richard Willert created a scale to measure
non-custodial parent's involvemet with their children.  It counted face=to-face
meetings, letters, telephone calls and some other variables i don't recall.
Willert is with the Condrell Group, 4415 S. Buffalo Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127.
