Termination of Parental Rights

<x-html>

Greetings;
I am a first year doctoral student in Social Welfare at the University of Pennsylvania and am currently trying to wrap up a literature review on Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) for a research proposal. I have found an extensive body of literature regarding TPR published prior to the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 (ASFA), but have found little research on TPR (post ASFA). I am particularly interested in looking at factors that differentiate People who have experienced TPR from the larger pool of people involved in the child welfare system, but would appreciate any leads to research that I may have missed. Thank You in advance.
I am interested in locating updated references on JSO treatment
evaluation, and additional references for discussion of the management of
confidentiality and stigma in the processing and treatment of JSOs.
