Re: cultural competence

Hello to all,

As part of my doctoral training in clinical psychology, I am working at the
Children's Assessment Center here in Houston. The CAC is a
multidisciplinary treatment and evaluation center for child victims of
sexual abuse. We are in the process of developing agency policy regarding
cultural competency. Do you know of any good resources that could aid us in
this process? We have compiled a list of recommended resources for
professionals working with diverse families but I am having trouble finding
useful guidelines for policy writing and implementation. Any assistance
would be appreciated.
