You should contact the American Humane Association in Denver, since they 
have been running roundtables on Family Group Conferencing Roundtables for 
the last few years.  Also, David Crampton, who has just moved to the Mandel 
School of Social Science at Case Western University  has just completed his 
dissertation in this area, and may be able to help you.
