Psychology,2000,Vol 52, 397ff. Go to bmn.com register and then search under
"burnout" there are numerous studies (abstacts) available on this topic
including studies of child abuse workers. Many of these studies use the
Maslach Burnout Inventory which used to be distributed by Consulting
