Senior Research Associate:  Growing research firm specializing in national
and state program evaluation of children and family services seeks
applicants with the potential for project management.  Requirements:  Ph.D.
with five years applied experience in qualitative analysis of child welfare
programs and policies.  Analytic skills should include the development of
logic models and performance measurement.  Must be skilled in content
analysis and synthesizing data from multiple sources.  Excellent analytic
and written communication skills required.  Ability to work independently.
