Sexual abuse prevention education

Is anyone on the list aware of recent research that shows the efficacy of
early childhood sexual abuse prevention education at various ages / grade
levels?

If historically a community had no such education provided to school-age
children and wanted to begin a program, is there an optimal age/grade to
begin such a project (where the most good would come from what might be a
one-shot effort)?
