Dear fellow list-members,
Has anyone any information and/or 'immunisation' tips for case-workers in 
regard to vicarious trauma (ie becoming traumatised from hearing/witnessing 
the trauma of clients). I have a paper by Mark Horwitz (1998) that 
addresses this to some extent but would other input
