outcomes--adopted versus long term foster

Does anyone have any knowledge of outcome data--specifically the outcomes in
terms of placement break-downs or moves versus stable long-term "successful"
placements--for crown/state wards who are adopted versus those placed in
long-term foster care--with some matching of groups for relevant variables?
