POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS

vulnerable adult, or the elderly will be physically, emotionally,
sexually, or financially abused by an employee, volunteer, or clergy.

We work with state licensing organizations, churches, schools, day care
centers, residential treatment centers, nursing homes, home health care
agencies, child welfare departments, youth serving agencies, insurance
companies, and law firms. We provide a full range of risk management
services, including workshops and seminars, litigation support, on-site
risk assessments, product development and crisis intervention. We offer

Human Services Project Coordinator
Master's level professional to coordinate complex abuse prevention
projects at various agencies across the United States. Candidates must
have experience in foster care, youth serving programs, child welfare or
gerontology. Requires excellent interpersonal and listening skills,
superior writing skills, computer proficiency, and ability to conduct
workshops and make formal presentations.
Senior Human Services Project Manager
Masterâs or doctorate in social work, gerontology, psychology,
counseling, or related discipline. Requires at least five yearâs
experience in child abuse, child welfare, residential treatment, or
gerontology, including project management and staff supervision. Must be
capable of working independently, supervising an on-site team of
professionals, data analysis and synthesis, report preparation, and
presentations to Boards of Directors and community leaders.
Training and Product Development Coordinator
Masterâs degree in social work or related discipline. At least three
yearâs experience in developing and delivering training programs to
diverse audiences. Computer skills including Power Point, and excellent
writing skills required. Must be able to motivate participants, develop
written and verbal curricula, and train a diverse audience from day care
center operators to members of the Board of Directors.
National Director of Training and Product Development
Requires a masterâs or doctorate in social work, psychology, education,
or related discipline. Extensive experience developing training
programs and educational products. Requires ability to relate
effectively to senior management, to develop new client relationships,
increase sales and maintain excellent client relationships. Excellent
interpersonal, writing and training skills essential.
Vice President, Business Development
Masterâs or doctorate in social work, counseling, psychology, risk
management, marketing or related discipline. Extensive marketing and
sales experience. Must be capable of hands-on product development,
overseeing the work of others, creating and editing written and
multi-media materials, including videotapes, web based training, and
train-the-trainers tool kits. This individual will be responsible for
developing and following up on business leads, increasing sales and
identifying new market needs.
