What kind of research.  THere are a few studies using a single case design in 
looking at the treatment of sexually abused children...  Research designs for 
tx outcome of sexually abused children have come a long way from this... but 
there are a few older/dated studies utilizing this design.  I don't know them 
off the top of my head, but if you want references, backchannel e-mail me and
