AFCARS Data

Two questions - Does anyone know where we can get AFCARS data broken down by
state without buying the dataset from the National Data Archive?  I don't
want all the information in the dataset, I just want the same information on
the tables in the national report broken down by state.  I know that Child
Welfare Outcomes report does some of this, but not for all the tables.

And when is the next AFCARS report going to be available.  They seem to be
behind.  It used to be more current than Child Maltreatment, but now it is a
year behind.
