May I suggest you contact Tony Morrison who authored a very successful workbook
on supervision in social care/welfare in 1993, called Staff supervision in
social care, published by Macmillan. Many social work agencies in the UK have
adopted the model for training and policy development. I know he has just
completed a revised edition. His e-mail address is tonymorrison@btinternet.com
However he is due to go to Australia for several weeks of work any day now.
