According to a staff person at the NY State Office of Children and Families they can order services as a result of a substantiated abuse and neglect report even if the child is not placed in foster care. So the tally so far is ---everyone I have heard from (add Vermont )but AZ can order services--including 2 provinces in Canada. Thanks for the help. Please keep the information coming. It will be very helpful.<BR>
