While I can't provide guidance or thoughts on the case management issue, I
can direct you to a bulletin developed by the Clearinghouse, The Risk and
Prevention of Maltreatment of Children with Disabilities (October 2000).
Some of the issues addressed include:  scope of the problem, characteristics
of victims and perpetrators, and risk factors.  There is also a companion
piece, Maltreatment of Children with Disabilities Training and Prevention
Program Resources (November 2000).  Please visit the Clearinghouse Web site

be downloaded.
