I need to know what states can go to court and
get services mandated for child abuse and neglect cases that have been
substantiated but are not needing removal of the children. Here in AZ
families can refuse services and the case gets closed. A large number of our
substantiated cases close with no services. We think this is really
problematic and want to advocate for change. Can anyone help. Thank
you.

If you are looking for info on this subject, I suggest you contact Ken
