I am trying to help a friend who is doing a presentation later this month.
She will be talking about the effects of drug and alcohol abuse on the
development of children, which is her area of expertise. She is seeking any
current figures on the percentage of CPS referrals that involve parents who
are impaired by substance abuse (drug or alcohol). This is not information
that my agency collects. Does anyone else have current research that would
be helpful in this area?
