Stephanie,
I am currently engaged in analysis of NCANDS data for mandated reporters that shows exactly that.  It is yet unpublished, but physicans and law enforcement report more neglect and it is actually teachers who report more physical abuse.  As I said I am still analyzing, so please don't cite me (yet)
