RE: population statistics

Child Abuse Statistics are available from the report, Child Maltreatment 2001 and it is available through the Children's Bureau website at:  http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cb/publications/cmreports.htm

HHS also publishes a yearly report called Trends in the Well-Being of America's Youth and it is available at:

http://aspe.hhs.gov/hsp/02trends/

The Child Trends Data Bank also has a wealth of data on key indicators for children:

http://www.childtrendsdatabank.org/

Subject: population statistics

Dear List Members,

Where can I find population statistics for the following categories?

percent of children abused and/or neglected?

percent of children in mental health system?

percent of children involved with juvenile justice?

percent of individuals involved with adult courts?
