Dear Lisa,
As a screening measure, you might want to consider the Childhood Trauma
Questionnaire (Bernstein & Fink). Two of its subscales pertains to neglect
(physical and emotional). Also, check out the paper published by Gauthier
et al. (1996). The questionnaire she used is in the appendix.
