In Connecticut, the Healthy Families sites, (funded

support to high risk first-time parents, beginning either in the prenatal period
or immediately after the birth of the baby, up till the child's fifth
birthday.

The "lower-risk" component of this initiative is

Steps", a model program which originated out of the Georgia Council on Child

the hospital (including SBS), and then offers parents telephone support by a
staff person or trained volunteer weekly, for up to six months after the baby's
birth.

Although this might not be exactly what you are looking for, the AAPI could
be administered to your staff and scored (perhaps ahead of time), and a
discussion of the items on the scale, which includes a subscale on attitudes
towards corporal punishment could ensue.
Since we use the AAPI across several agency programs, we had an inservice on
using/administering the tool, which included each staff member taking the
test. Our evaluator scored the tests, and presented a group score profile,
and individual profiles as well.
