decision making in child welfare - information request.

I'm assembling a one day workshop to help CWS workers understand their
decision making processes. What they might have at stake, what tends to
influence them most, etc.

At the moment, I'm looking for empirical information about the impact of
interdisciplinary groups on CWS decision making. So far my shelves and
PsychInfo have yielded only two relevant articles: Kelly & Milner in "Child
Abuse Review, 5(2) and Bell in "Child Abuse and Neglect, 25(1) Other
citations would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ron Kokish
