I am trying to locate/find a study done by the National Latino Child Welfare
and Advocacy Group (NLCWAG) assessing child welfare needs of Latino
children, it included 6 states and was conducted around 1993-94. My
particular interest is rates or incidence of child abuse in Latino families.
I am looking into abuse/neglect and judgments by practitioners when working
with families of minority-color groups. My interest is to see if knowledge
of cultural values makes a difference in the judgments these practitioners
