RE: Satisfaction with child protection services

John Poertner at the Children and Family Research Center, School of Social
Work at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has done some
excellent work in this area. See the publications at the center's web page

Subject: Satisfaction with child protection services

Can anyone point me in the direction of research that has been completed, in
the last ten years, on the experiences and satisfaction levels of families
being investigated by child protection services. I am interested
articles/reports that describe the questions that the families were asked,
the format of these questions, and the responses of the families (in
particular biological parents of children in foster care).

Thank you for your assistance in advance,
