Re: Requesting info on a study

I have two references that sound like what you are talking about; I don't have the complete reference, but here's what I have

Association of Family & Conciliation Courts Research Unit (Thoennes, Pearson, & Tjaden, 1988; Thoennes & Tjaden, 1990)

Reviewed 9000 court cases involving custody/visitation disputes; allegations of abuse occurred in < 2% of cases

A journal reference which may have included this information was Thoennes, N., & Tjaden, P. (1990). The extent, nature and validity of sexual abuse allegations in custody/visitation disputes. Child Abuse & Neglect, 14, 151-163.

Ffaller, K. C., Corwin, D. L., & Olafson, E. (1993). Research on false allegations of sexual abuse in divorce. APSAC Advisor,, 6 (3), 1-10.
